Spend more time on the things that matter, knowing that your customers are able to make a booking 24/7.

Manage staff & services

You're in complete control over the services you provide, how much you charge, who can deliver thos services. This makes for an incredibly easy booking process for your clients, knowing they can get an appointment with the right person, on a date and time that suits them.

Configure service details

Not all businesses are the same, and not all services you provide are the same. We make it easy for you to set the duration of each specific service you provide, along with the amount of padding time required before and after a service. You have complete flexibility over how you and your teams time is spent each day.

Lead booking times

Need your clients to give a bit of notice before an appointment? Configure the booking lead time from between 0-4 days, and change it whenever you want.

Set scheduling availability

If you like to forward plan, you can set staff availability up to 120 days in advance, and then let customers choose an appointment that suits them.

Booking notification emails for your business

Our smart scheduling integration can generate an automatic email every time a client makes an appointment. You can control where this email gets sent to: The business owner, the staff member, both or neither.

Choice of language

Our apps come built in English by default, but if you want to display content within your app in a language that is not English, then just let us know and we will make that happen (£POA)

Client confirmation email

Your clients get peace of mind when they book an appointment, by receiving an appointment confirmation email immediately, that includes the date, time, service and staff member they have booked with.

Client reminder email

Reduce no shows with an automatic reminder email. You can control the content of this email, by including important information, directing clients to social media pages or promoting seasonal offers.

Client SMS reminders

SMS messages are powered through our smart scheduling integration and operate on a "Pay as you go" model and is charged in USD: $15 for 170 SMS / $60 for 680 SMS / $120 for 1360 SMS / $240 for 2720 SMS.

Automatic back ups

Need to export your appointment data somewhere elses? Automatic daily backups of appointment history which you can download within a spreadsheet and use accordingly.

Client database

A powerful client database, which contains vital information such as client contact details, booking history, future appointments and client notes. This allows your team to develop and maintain incredible relationships with your clients, leading to an increase in customer lifetime value.

eCommerce shop

We've made it a simple process to cross sell products to your clients. Simply upload the product details, add a price and you'll get an email notification when a purchase has been made. The eCommerce shop feature requires you to create a Stripe account, which is one of the most popular and well trusted payment systems in the world. But don't worry, we'll guide you through the process.

Custom domain

If you don't want a smartichoke URL to share your app, then we can connect your app to your exisiting domain name, so it looks like app.yourbusiness.com You will need to share some details with the person that manages your website, or we can do it for you if you prefer.

Apple App store

You can share your app via a URL link or via a QR code, but if you want the prestige of having your app available to download from within the Apple app store, then we can make that happen for you for £199 for your first year, and then £99 per year thereafter.

Google Play App store

If your clients have an Android phone, then they can still access your app via the URL or QR code. But if you'd like your app to be made available to download from the Google Play App store, then we can take care of that for you for £199 for your first year, and then £99 per year thereafter.

Concierge content

We love technology, but understand that not everybody feels the same way. If you want all the benefits of an incredibly designed app, but don't want to be involved in loading all your content, then we can take care of everything.
